Illinois Acupuncture Presents a Class in A Natural Approach to General
Health

The class will present general views and approaches to incorporating
natural methods and habits in your daily life as means to improving
and maintaining overall general health.
This material will be presented by Drs. Ying Li and Janice Staab.
Dr. Li is a licensed acupuncturist and owner and operator of Southern
Illinois Acupuncture in Carbondale and Metropolis. Dr. Staab is
a professor in the philosophy department at Southern Illinois University.
After earning her PhD in philosophy from Penn State University,
she brings over a decade of teaching experience with a specialty
in holistic physical training and coaching. She is a also an AFAA
Certified Trainer for women, as well as a body image consultant.
Dr. Li earned her medical degree from mainland China where she practiced
and taught internal medicine in China for many years before coming
to the United States. She has practiced acupuncture and the application
of Chinese herbs for over twenty years.
Dr. Staab will speak about the relationship between your happiness
and your overall health. Dr. Li will talk about how acupuncture
and the use of Chinese herbs can aid in keeping your overall general
health.
